Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour 1+ years on the tools preferred. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
