Lift maintenance fitter wanted in Sherman County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Sherman County, Kansas. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Day-to-day duties: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
