Rough terrain crane operator wanted in Sanborn County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Sanborn County, South Dakota. The job is on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • A good head for heights for tower crane work Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $16 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
