Refrigeration and AC mechanic wanted in Pope County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Pope County, Illinois. You will work at a busy refrigeration workshop. Your main tasks: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves Requirements: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade Full-time, day shift.
