Day-to-day duties: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 4+ years on the tools preferred.
