Commis chef — North East Lincolnshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in North East Lincolnshire, England. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Part-time with flexible hours.
