You should have: • Height and weight as per security norms • Clean police verification with no criminal record On the job you will handle: • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
