Lathe operator • Jahun, Jigawa State

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe operator in Jahun, Jigawa State. You will be based in a packaging factory. You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Good attention to detail and steady hands On a typical shift you will carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature. 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₦6,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
