Automotive paint technician wanted in Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Franklin County, Florida. You will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
