You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Full-time with occasional weekends.
