Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Greene County, Virginia. The role involves weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
