Vacancy available: we are hiring a cement mason in Northampton County, North Carolina. The role involves strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
