Argon welder wanted in Pine County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Pine County, Minnesota. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. You will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Six days a week, one day off.
