Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Ilejemeje, Ekiti State. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
