Immediate opening: die-casting operator (Nebraska)

Now hiring: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Douglas County, Nebraska. Day to day you will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
