Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. You will work in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
