We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Beaverhead County, Montana. You should have: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals You will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
