Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Walker County, Georgia. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites The role involves: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine 4+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
