Structural MIG welder wanted in Grant County

Join our team: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Grant County, Kentucky. You will be based on a structural steel site. On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
