Day-to-day duties: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
