Immediate opening: gas pipeline fitter (Akwa Ibom State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Ikono, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a gas distribution network. You will complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
