Stainless steel welder wanted in Ikwerre

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Ikwerre, Rivers State. You will be based at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. Day-to-day duties: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. ₦240,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
