Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
