Immediate opening: gang bricklayer (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Carteret County, North Carolina. You will work at a renovation and extension job. The role involves: • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters Requirements: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Rotating shifts. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
