Fine-dining server • Meade County, South Dakota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Meade County, South Dakota. You will be based in a café. Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform 1+ years on the tools preferred.
