We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Day-to-day duties: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
