Steam press operator • Orangeburg County, South Carolina

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steam press operator in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. You will work in a busy laundry. On a typical shift you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Rotating shifts.
