We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Saint John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
