You should have: • Ready to travel across the assigned territory • Neat, well-groomed appearance • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis The role involves: • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Plan the route and visit retailers on the beat • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp 4+ years on the tools preferred.
