Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Wayne County, Tennessee. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls On a typical shift you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; write and edit G-code programs at the control; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes.
