Elevator technician wanted in Fayette County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator technician in Fayette County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Meals and transport allowance provided.
