Site safety steward wanted in Denali Borough

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Denali Borough, Alaska. You will work in a chemical processing unit. You will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Full-time with occasional weekends.
