Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Blount County, Tennessee. You will work on residential new-build sites. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Day-to-day duties: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
