Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Norfolk, England. Requirements: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Your main tasks: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters 6+ years on the tools preferred.
