Incoming goods inspector wanted in Somerset County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
