Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Stevens County, Minnesota. You will work at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
