Prep cook wanted in Lucas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Lucas County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Performance bonus on top of base pay.
