Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Rabun County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing What we are looking for: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
