Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Montgomery County, Arkansas. You will work on a housing development site. Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control The role involves: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
