Safety marshal • Benewah County, Idaho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety marshal in Benewah County, Idaho. The job is at a busy construction site. You should have: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Your main tasks: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height Rotating shifts.
