Acoustic insulation fitter • Ukwa West, Abia State

We are recruiting: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Ukwa West, Abia State. You will be based on a high-rise façade. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Your main tasks: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors Six days a week, one day off.
