Earthmoving plant operator • Deschutes County, Oregon

Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Deschutes County, Oregon. You will be based at a plant hire yard. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
