Now hiring: we are hiring a production machine operator in East Ayrshire, Scotland. You will work at an auto-parts workshop. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills The role involves run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
