Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Stanly County, North Carolina. The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection. You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
