Pastry baker wanted in East Feliciana Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream 5+ years on the tools preferred.
