Urgent requirement: head baker (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Jefferson County, Kentucky. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
