Building site helper • Muscogee County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a building site helper in Muscogee County, Georgia. You will be based on a residential housing site. Your main tasks: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
