Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Lonoke County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
