We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Itu, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a container freight yard. Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Confident with manual handling and load securing Day to day you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
