Site carpenter • City of Norton, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in City of Norton, Virginia. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Day to day you will glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours.
